Hello friends, and happy Monday! As MerMay continues, here is a mermaid card that I created some time ago but never posted. As many of you probably know, I just love mermaids! This cutie is Flowers on the Beach by Conie Fong. My DT card:
I coloured her with Copic markers and added quite a number of embellishments. The seashells and tiny glass bottle (with fairy dust inside) are real, and the flowers are handmade. I also included yellow netting. Finally, I applied Glossy Accents around the image.
Thank you for visiting, and I hope to see you all again soon. Have a happy day, Lori xx
Resources and Tools Used
Foliage: Richard Garay "Lumberjack Days, Branch Out" dies and
Marianne Creatables "Anja's Large Ovals" die (flourish only)
Flowers: EK Success "Retro" punches (medium and small)
Borders: Memory Box "Big Splash" die (bottom) and
EK Success "Acanthus Leaf" punch
Sentiment: Computer generated
Seashells, tiny glass bottle, gems and netting are from my stash
