Hello friends! Welcome to this week's challenge (#499) on The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog. The theme is "Shades of Blue". I chose the gorgeous Exotic Enchantment image by The Paper Shelter Digital Stamps. Isn't she beautiful?
I coloured this beauty with Copic markers and FC Polychromos pencils. Then, I applied clear Wink of Stella to her wings for a lovely shimmer. The border is part of Crafter's Companion's Die'sire "Swirl Easel" dies. I stamped the cute little butterfly and the flower next to the image.
