Christmas Glitter Shoujo by Lemon Shortbread Digital Stamps

Hello friends!  Challenge #153 starts today on the Lemon Shortbread Challenge blog.  http://lemonshortbreadchallenge.blogspot.com/

For this challenge, I chose the gorgeous "Christmas Glitter Shoujo" image which you can find in Vera's etsy shop (along with so many beautiful images) here:

I cut the border twice to make a nice frame for the image which is coloured with my favourite mediums (Copics and Polychromos).  The pretty background paper is from Heartfelt Creations' Merry and Bright paper pad.

I hope you will join in the fun.  We would love to see your creations.  In the meantime, take good care of yourselves.  Hugs, Lori xx

Koala Hugs by All Dressed Up Stamps

Hello friends!  I was lucky enough to be a Guest Designer for three months on the Colour Crazy Challenge Blog.  That said, this is my third and final card.  It was so much fun to be part of that blog.

Our sponsor this month is All Dressed Up Stamps.  I am featuring the adorable "Koala Hugs" image, found here:

This adorable image was coloured with both Copics and Polychromos.  The leafy border was too long for the card so I cut it up so that it fits nicely on the slimline card.

Thank you for visiting.  It's very appreciated.  Have a happy day.  Hugs, Lori xx

Little Blossom (older version) by Conie Fong

Hi friends!  Welcome to my post today.  I am sharing my slimline DT card which I made for Conie Fong's current monthly Facebook Challenge.

This adorable image is "Little Blossom" by Conie Fong.  It is an older version.  The new version comes with and without a background and she has a different hairstyle. This lovely image can be found in Conie's etsy shop here:

Copics and Polychromos were used to colour the image.  The cherry blossoms are handmade, and I added tiny flowers to the pergola.

Thank you for taking time out to visit.  I hope to see you again.  Have a wonderful weekend.  Hugs, Lori xx

Fairy with Bunny by Lemon Shortbread Digital Stamps

Hello friends!  How are you today?  It's no secret that I love fairies so I chose the beautiful "Fairy with Bunny" image by Lemon Shortbread Digital Stamps as my DT inspiration for the new Lemon Shortbread Challenge which starts today.

As always, I used my trusty Copic markers and Polychromos pencils to colour this lovely image.  The flowers are handmade and the petals are raised with 3-D foam.

There is also a Lemon Shortbread Digital Stamps group on Facebook.  https://www.facebook.com/groups/lemonshortbread

That's all for today.  Thank you for visiting; I always appreciate it.  Have a happy day.  Hugs, Lori xx

Rosalie Pearl by Digi Doodle Studios

Hi there, friends!  Hard to believe that it's already August, right?  Summer is passing by too quickly.

Today, I am sharing my GD card which showcases the adorable "Rosalie Pearl" image by Digi Doodle Studios.  It can be found here:

I truly enjoy making slimline cards.  They are so easy to mail because they fit in a regular business envelope.  Very convenient!

I wanted to include a similar flower to the ones on the image so I found a free clipart template from Open Clipart on the Internet, copied it, coloured it and fussy cut it.  The tiny flowers are also handmade, and all the flowers are raised with 3-D foam.  As always, I coloured the image with Copics and Polychromos.

Digi Doodle Studios has a monthly blog challenge (theme:  Favourite Season/Time of Year) as well as a Facebook challenge.  Why not join in the fun?
Thank you for visiting.  I truly appreciate it.  I hope to see you again.  Have a lovely day.  Hugs, Lori xx
