Cherry Cocktails (Winnie Starfish/Sandcastles) by Polkadoodles Stamps

Hi friends!  I am so delighted and honoured to be a Guest Designer on the Colour Crazy Challenge blog.  https://colourcrazychallenge.blogspot.com/

My slimline card features "Cherry Cocktails" by Polkadoodles Stamps and Paper Crafting, found here:

I coloured the image with Copics and Polychromos.  I decided to make the cocktail a Midori Sour; hence, the green colour.  The tiny cocktail images are free clipart images from the Internet, and the sentiment is computer generated.

Thank you for visiting.  I hope to see you again.  In the meantime, stay well and enjoy your day.  Hugs, Lori

Father's Day card

Hi friends!  Thought I would post a slimline Father's Day card which I made for my brother.  I coloured up this cute robot some time ago, and I cannot remember who the artist is, nor the name of the image.  Sorry about that.

Sometimes, I enjoy using Scrabble tiles for sentiments, and that worked out beautifully for this card.  I found the free tiles on Clipartkey:   https://www.clipartkey.com/search/scrabble/

I fussy cut the tiles and inked the edges.  The corner die is from Cheery Lynn.  I cut it twice for added dimension.

Take good care of yourselves, and enjoy your day.  Hugs, Lori xx

Gnome Gift by Conie Fong

Hey there, friends!  I hope you are all doing well.  Today, I am sharing my slimline card, as DT for Conie Fong, which I created for her monthly Facebook challenge. See here:

I used one gnome ("Gnome Gift"  #3) from Conie's Christmas gnomes bundle, found here:

I love these cute mythical creatures, especially Conie's gnomes.

Slimline cards are all the craze now.  At first, I really did not like them very much but they are starting to grow on me.  LOL  They fit into a regular #10 business envelope.  How convenient is that, right?

I coloured this darling little guy with Copics and Polychromos.

Thank you for visiting, and hope to see you again.  I always appreciate it.  Have a wonderful day.  Hugs, Lori xx

Aster Flower Girl by Lemon Shortbread Digital Stamps

Good morning/afternoon!  I hope your weekend was enjoyable.  Here we are with another new month.  May went by so fast, right?

I am sharing my DT inspirational card for the new challenge which begins today on the Lemon Shortbread Challenge Blog:

This gorgeous young lady is "Aster Flower Girl" by Lemon Shortbread Digital Stamps and can be found here:   https://www.etsy.com/listing/621688390/digital-stamp-aster-flower-girl-digi?ref=shop_home_active_53

Aster flowers are lovely perennials and symbolize love, wisdom, patience, faith, elegance and beauty.  They come in a variety of colours.  In Greek mythology, it is said that the aster was created by the tears of the Greek goddess, Asteraea.

I used Copics and Polychromos to colour this beautiful image.  The aster is handmade.

Thank you for visiting, and remember to join in the fun with your creations.  The theme is "Anything Goes", as always.  Hugs, Lori xx
