Tea For Two by Conie Fong

Hi peeps!  We had such lovely weather last week.  It's finally getting warmer and the sun is shining.  There are two beautiful trees in full bloom and some pretty ornamental grasses and shrubs right outside my apartment.  I am surrounded by scenic beauty.

My DT card features Conie Fong's gorgeous "Tea For Two" image, found here:

I just love this image because it evokes such happy memories.  I drew the serving tray.  The image is coloured with both Copic markers and Polychromos pencils.  All the flowers are handmade.

I made this card for Conie's current monthly Facebook challenge (theme:  Female/Mothers). Why not join in the fun?
Conie also has a Colouring Only challenge.

Thank you for visiting.  I sincerely appreciate it.  Hugs, Lori xx

Thank you for visiting.  It's very appreciated.  I wish you a lovely day.  Hugs, Lori xx

Enchanting Gold by Ching-Chou Kuik

Hi everyone!  I hope you had an enjoyable weekend.  I just love mermaids so I chose the gorgeous "Enchanting Gold" image by Ching-Chou Kuik for my  DT card,  found here:
The theme for her Facebook challenge, and her blog challenge, is "Embossing - Wet or Dry".  This week, however, the Design Team members' theme is "Add Some Sparkle". I am a huge fan of sparkle, so it was a no brainer...LOL!

There are 31 Swarovski crystals on this card.  It is quite sparkly IRL.  The image is coloured with Copic markers.  You can find Ching-Chou's current Facebook challenge here:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/chingchoukuikdigitalstamps/
She also has a blog challenge:

Hi all!  Here is my latest DT card for Ching-Chou's brand new Facebook challenge.  The theme is "Embossing - Wet or Dry or Both".  I used the beautiful "After Midnight" image, found here:

I decided to go with dry embossing.  I have quite a number of embossing folders so I should remember to use them more often.  I think they add a lovely touch to any card.  To colour this pretty image, I used a combination of Copic markers and Polychromos pencils.  The little flower is handmade.

Ching-Chou also has a challenge blog.  To enter the blog challenge, click here:

If you enter either one, or both, you may win some beautiful images from Ching-Chou.  Thank you for visiting.  Have a happy day, and stay safe.  Hugs, Lori xx

Flower:  EK Success "Gardenia" punch
Butterflies:  Martha Stewart "Monarch Butterfly" and "Classic Butterfly" punches
