Flapper Twirl by Lemon Shortbread Digital Stamps

Hello friends!  A new challenge started yesterday on the Lemon Shortbread Challenge Blog.
For my DT inspirational card, I chose the gorgeous "Flapper Twirl" image, found here:

As we all know, flappers emerged in the U.S. in the 1920's.  They were known for their unconventional behaviour and style, and were a sign of changing times.  These ladies sure had a lot of style!

This beautiful image was coloured with Copics and Polychromos.  I made the art deco frame with a free clip art image from the Internet and added pieces of the "Oriental Frame and Motifs" dies at the top.  The gray flower is handmade, as is the hat pin.

I wish you a lovely day.  Hugs, Lori xx
