Wee One by Whimsy Stamps

Hello friends!  One of my son's friends had a baby girl recently.  So, today I am sharing a baby card which I created using a darling digital image designed by Sylvia Zet (Wee Stamps) for Whimsy Stamps.  You can find that image here.

I coloured this sweet image with Copic markers.  The flowers are handmade.  I finished the card off with some pink sheer ribbon.

Whimsy Stamps has a Facebook group called Whimsy Stamps and Inspiration where you will find some lovely cards/projects.

That's all for this post.  Take care, Lori xx

Twinkle Emily by Conie Fong

Hi friends!  It's hard to believe that June is almost gone, right?  I am sharing my latest Design Team card which showcases a sweet image called Twinkle Emily by Conie Fong.  You can find her in Conie's etsy shop here.  You get five PNG images with this bundle (Emily facing right and left with hat, Emily facing right and left without hat, and one sentiment).

I used Copic markers to colour her, and I drew a little step stool for her.  I also stamped the stars around her, and added some pearls at the top of the frame.

If you wish to see more fabulous inspiration by the other DT members, and other crafters, please visit Conie's Facebook group called Conie Fong Art & Design Group.

Stay well, and I wish you a lovely day.  Lori xx

Si Belle! by The Paper Shelter Digital Stamps

Hi there, friends!  Today is Wednesday and so that means a brand new challenge on The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog (#605).  This week's theme is:

HOLIDAY TIME

(Christmas, Easter or any vacation activity)

I have always wanted to visit Paris but have not to date.  In fact, I even have some cousins there.  Perhaps one day.  I can dream, right? I chose the lovely Si Belle! image by The Paper Shelter Digital Stamps because her cute outfit reminded me of Paris, and the image also reminded me of how romantic Paris is.  Here is my Design Team slimline card.

I coloured that sweet image with my Copic markers, and I drew a very simple background. I added some gems to the foliage.

You can find more fabulous inspiration by the other Design Team members here.  And, while there, why not join our challenge?  There are always some beautiful images to be won.

Vintage Tea Cups by The Paper Shelter Digital Stamps

Greetings, dear friends!  It's time for The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog's new challenge (#603).  The theme this week is:

THREE TIMES ANYTHING

(three of the same embellishments, etc)

I love tea cups, and I have some truly gorgeous tea cups and saucers on display in my china closet and also on some of my shelves.  With that in mind, I just had to select a lovely image by The Paper Shelter Digital Stamps called Vintage Tea Cups.  Here is my Design Team card.

I used my trusty Copic markers to colour this lovely image.  I applied clear Wink of Stella (Zig) to the wings of the butterfly.  It's hard to see here but the wings have a pretty shimmer IRL.  The flowers are handmade and the centers are by EK Success.
