Hello friends! It's hard to believe that it's already April. My favourite month of the year. Both my sons celebrate their birthday this month so April is extra special to me.
My DT card this week is for the The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog's new challenge (#549). The theme is
IS IT A BIRD? IS IT A PLANE? (anything that flies)
I chose the fabulous Retro Space Girl by The Paper Shelter Digital Stamps for my DT card, and coloured her with Copic markers. I added some clouds, printed part of the sentiment on the sides of the image, and used a free clipart image for the sentiment on the right.
Remember to stop by The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog to see more amazing inspiration by the other Design Team members. And, if you have time, why not join in the fun? There are some wonderful prizes to be won.
Oh this is fun! And a completely different look to your 'signature' designs. Love your clouds and how you've set up your sentiments.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your lovely compliment, Linda. I always enjoy reading them. xx

๐๐๐this! Your coloring is amazing! Your space girl, for some reason, reminds me of the old show "The Jetsons". Thank you for sharing with us at Park Hopping My Happy Place. Have a creative weekend! Cheers, Makira
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful space-inspired card, the girl astronaut is absolutely adorable. I love your colouring, and it goes so well with the beautiful sunset in the background. The shimmering green pearls seem to be a perfect match for the space theme, they remind me of Martians, or maybe some mysterious celestial bodies? Thanks for joining the Alphabet challenge.
