Hello friends!  A new challenge (#591) begins today on The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog.  This week's theme is:

Newton Graduates by Newton's Nook Designs

Hi friends!  My older son graduates this Saturday with his second baccalaureate degree and so I created this card for him.  Needless to say, I am so proud of him!

Since he loves kitties, and he has a gorgeous yellow Maine Coon kitty, I decided to use the adorable Newton Graduates photopolymer stamp set by Newton's Nook Designs.

I coloured this cutie with Copic markers. I found the balloons clipart on the Internet, drew the strings, and added the year. Finally, I added a cute bow die cut, and voila!

Thank you for visiting.  I wish you a happy day.  Until next time, Lori xx

Purrfect Kitties with Lights by Conie Fong

Hi friends!  I usually start making the bulk of my Christmas cards this month.  I have already made a couple of cards.  This is my latest inspirational DT card showcasing the truly darling Purrfect Kitties image by Conie Fong.  Conie has quite a number of truly adorable Christmas images.  I made this card for Conie's Facebook group.

My card is pretty simple.  All I did was colour the image, add the free sentiment by Kiss Clipart and... voila!  Another Christmas card!

Thank you for visiting.  I always enjoy reading your lovely comments.  Have a wonderful weekend.  Hugs, Lori xx

I would like to enter this card on the Inspiration Station Challenge Blog (theme:  Animal Kingdom).  Below is the photo that was given as inspiration.  I love all kinds of animals, especially any type of feline, wild and domestic.  I immediately focused on the gorgeous white tiger because kitties have a special place in my heart.  And, what better way to  represent that than to use Conie's gorgeous Purrfect Kitties image?

Hi friends, and welcome to my post.  I am sharing my GD card today with the darling "Gracie & Nibbles" image by Digi Doodle Studios. There is a challenge going on now on The Digi Doodle Studios Challenge Blog as well as a challenge on Facebook.  But, hurry if you want to join in the fun because both challenges end at the end of the month.

What a cute pair!  I used Copic markers to colour the image.  I used my Cricut die cutting machine to cut out the letters with the Base Camp cartridge and added EK Success Sticko dimensional stickers to the letters.
