A Fairy's Best Friend by The Paper Shelter Digital Stamps

Hello sweet friends!  The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog's new challenge (#581) starts today.  The theme is:

SOMETHING BEGINNING WITH F

The theme is an easy one for me because I love fairies.  That said, I chose the darling A Fairy's Best Friend image by The Paper Shelter Digital Stamps.  Here is my DT card:

This sweet image was coloured with Copic markers.  I drew the simple background.  It's hard to see but I added clear Wink of Stella to her wings for a lovely shimmer.

Baby Seals YouTube Video by Conie Fong - Card 2

Greetings friends!  There are some wonderful YouTube videos by Conie Fong where she teaches you, step by step, how to draw some simple images.  See here.  If you like these informative videos, please leave a comment and subscribe.

These sweet baby seals are so lovable that I decided to make a second card with them.  Conie made this image into a digital one so that the design team members could create a card/project with it.  That way, everyone can see how truly adorable and versatile it is.  This time, I made a slimline card.

I created a simple scene for these babies and coloured the entire image with Copic markers.  The sentiment was computer generated.  I added four tiny 3-D stickers on the corners of the image.

In addition to her YouTube videos, Conie also has a public Facebook group called Draw with Conie.

Sincere thanks for visiting.  Stay well, and take good care of yourselves.  Hugs, Lori xx

Balloon House YouTube video by Conie Fong

Hello friends, and welcome to my first post of the year.  I hope you had a wonderful holiday.

Conie Fong has been creating YouTube videos which teach you how to draw simple images.  See here

On this particular video, Conie shows you, step by step, how to draw a house with balloons.  See here.  Isn't this awesome?

My card today features the House with Balloons image.  Conie converted this image into a digital image for the design team members to use so you can see how fabulous this image is.  I used my Copic markers to colour this cute image.  The candles are a free clipart image.  I fussy cut the image three times, and coloured them with Copic markers.

Conie also has a public Facebook group called Draw with Conie which you can join.  Think of the fun you will have by drawing your own images.

Thank you for visiting.  Be sure to check out Conie's wonderful and informative YouTube videos.  If you enjoy watching them, please subscribe and leave a comment.  I hope to see you soon.  Lori xx
