Sally's Christmas Friends by Conie Fong

Hello friends!  It's been a while since I last posted so I am now sharing my Design Team inspirational card for Conie Fong.  I used the beautiful Sally's Christmas Friends by Conie Fong.  Sometimes I  enjoy using non traditional Christmas colours.

I coloured this cute image with Copic markers and used some  mustard glitter paper around the frame along with some pink.  I also added some ribbon.  The sentiment is computer generated, and the corners are by EK Success.

If you would like to see more wonderful inspiration by the othe DT members, and other crafters as well, please see Conie's Facebook group called Conie Fong Art & Design Group.

That's all from me today.  Have a lovely day.  Lori xx

Poinsettia Sprite by Aurora Wings

Greetings friends!  I made this project a number of years ago but never posted it.  I decided to try my hand at a book folding candle.

I coloured the adorable "Poinsettia Sprite" digital image by Aurora Wings with Copic markers.  Then, I proceeded to fussy cut her.  Unfortunately, she is no longer available.

I found a video on how to make a book folding candle. See here.  This was somewhat tedious but well worth it. Once I finished the candle and hot glued the ends together, I glued it onto a flat lid.  I glued the little sprite onto the front of the candle, and decorated it.  I placed a tee light candle at the top.  And voila...a book fold candle!

I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a happy holiday and a wonderful new year.  Hugs, Lori xx

Candy Cane Boy Elf by Conie Fong

Greetings friends, and welcome to my post today.  All my Christmas cards are finished.  I learned a long time ago to not wait for the last minute to make my cards.  I am sharing my Design Team card which showcases the delightfully sweet Candy Cane Boy Elf by Conie Fong.  This image comes with two other adorable elves in both JPG and PNG format (8 images in all).

This little guy is coloured with Copic markers.  I added some sparkly red ribbon and a clipart sentiment.

Conie has a Facebook group called Conie Fong Art & Design Group where you will see some amazing inspiration by the other Design Team members and other crafters as well.  Additionally, Conie has a YouTube channel called Draw with Conie where she teaches you how to draw simple images.  Awesome, right?

Have a lovely weekend.  Hugs, Lori xx
