Arabian Spell by The Paper Shelter Digital Stamps

Hi friends!  The Design Team members for The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog have been on their summer break for a number of weeks now and it's time to start the challenges once again.  Team B's break ended last week and now it's Team A's turn (#565).  The theme is:

ADD A SENTIMENT 

I am showcasing the lovely Arabian Spell by The Paper Shelter Digital Stamps.  I generally make slimline cards but I decided to make an A-6 card this time.  

I coloured the image with my Copic markers.  I wanted to create a shimmer for her chiffon skirt so I added clear Wink of Stella.  I also added Wink of Stella to her bracelets and jewels.  Finally, I added some dimensional stickers for some shine around the card.

Bailey and Bee by Conie Fong

Hello friends!  I hope you are all well.  I made this card a while ago but never posted it.  This delightful image is Bailey and Bee by Conie Fong.  I wanted to create something different so I found a template for a hexagon and cut three of them. I chalked the edges and matted them with black cardstock.  I used a honeycomb die and filled in some areas with a darker yellow.  My DT card:

Feeling Fabulous by Conie Fong

Hello friends, and welcome to my post today.  The Design Team members are celebrating Girls/Ladies over on Conie Fong's Facebook Group.  Conie has so many gorgeous images in these categories in her etsy shop.  I chose to feature the darling Feeling Fabulous image by Conie Fong.  Here is my DT card:

This sweetie is coloured with Copic markers.  I made the flower on the top left by by printing the flower on the image and enlarging it.  It is also coloured with Copic markers and raised with 3-D foam.

Happy by The Paper Shelter Digital Stamps

Hi friends!  This week is the start of our Summer Break Challenge on The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog.  It is a four week break, and both Design Teams will be participating.  You can still enter this challenge but we will not be commenting so that we can spend some of our summer vacation with our families.

The theme is an easy one:  ANYTHING GOES

I chose the delightful Happy image by The Paper Shelter Digital Stamps.  As usual, I used Copic markers to colour her.  I also drew a little background scene for her.

Rosealea Mermaid by Conie Fong

Hello friends, and welcome to my post today.  This is the fourth card that I made using this gorgeous mermaid.  She is one of Conie Fong's recent releases.  This beauty is Conie Fong's Rosealea Mermaid.  

I almost never use digital paper but I decided to give it a go.  I used the PNG format of the image (which also is available in JPG format) and merged it onto the digi paper.  I colored Rosealea Mermaid with Copic markers.  Here is my DT card:

Candy Cane by Conie Fong

Hello friends!  For those of you who celebrated Independence Day, I hope you had a wonderful day.  It's hard to believe that July is upon us.  Time flies too fast!

It is always a good idea to start making Christmas cards early.  I learned that lesson years ago.  That said, here is my DT inspirational slimline card using Candy Cane by Conie Fong.  This is part of Conie's Santa Gnome Gift and Sentiment Bundle.

This fabulous image is coloured with Copic markers.  The sentiment is also part of Conie's Santa Gnome Gift and Sentiment Bundle.  I added some Swarovski crystals on all the corners to balance the red colours.
