Bluebird by Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps

Hello friends!  Are you ready for Christmas?  I am good to go.  It's snowing right now so it's already beginning to look like a winter wonderland.  Perfect!

Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps is having a December giveaway on Facebook where someone will win one stamp set of their choice free each month for 2022.  That is truly amazing!  Here is my entry:

I used the beautiful "Bluebird" digital image by Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps.  I coloured it with Copic markers.  The flower on the top left is handmade.  I added tiny pieces of 3-D foam to the flower and the foliage for added dimension.

Thanks so much for visiting.  I wish you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas, and a healthy and Happy New Year.  Hugs, Lori xx

Hat Bouquet Girl by Lemon Shortbread Digital Stamps

Good morning/afternoon!  Welcome to my DT post for the new challenge on the Lemon Shortbread Challenge Blog which starts today.  The theme is always "Anything Goes".  Easy, right?

http://lemonshortbreadchallenge.blogspot.com/

I chose the beautiful "Hat Bouquet Girl" image by Lemon Shortbread which you can find in Vera's etsy shop here:

https://www.etsy.com/listing/540875270/digital-stamp-hat-bouquet-girl-digi?ref=shop_home_active_77

I drew the background, and the flowers are handmade. I wanted the flowers to have a bit of dimension so I added very tiny pieces of 3-D foam to all the petals.  Crazy and time consuming but I like the effect.  I used Copics and Polychromos to colour the image.

Thank you for stopping by.  Have a happy day.  Hugs, Lori xx

Materials and Tools Used

Flowers:     Fiskars punches
Sentiment:  Computer generated and back with Spellbinders "Big Scalloped Circles Large" dies

Building Snowman by Lemon Shortbread Digital Stamps

Hi friends!  Here I am again with my final Christmas card for 2020.  I made this card for the Lemon Shortbread Challenge Blog's last challenge for this year.

https://www.etsy.com/listing/479419633/digital-stamp-winter-building-snowman?ref=shop_home_active_117&pro=1

This sweet image brings back such fond memories of when my sons and I used to build snowmen when they were little.  We used to live in upstate New York right off Lake Ontario, and we had so much lake effect snow. Such fun!

I drew the background and added white flocking powder to her ear muffs.  I coloured the image with my Copics and Polychromos.

I wish you a wonderful and happy New Year.  Hopefully, it will be better than 2020.  Hugs to you, Lori xx
