Tori the Dragon - Raining Hearts by Conie Fong

Hello lovely friends!  Here is another DT card that I made for Conie Fong's monthly Facebook challenge.  The challenge ends in 2 days but there is still time to enter.  This darling image is "Tori the Dragon - Raining Hearts", found here:

This is such a versatile image.  

I used Copic markers and Polychromos to colour it.  The flower is handmade.  I cut the flourish twice and offset it on glitter paper for some dimension.  Well, that's all from me.  Thank you for visiting.  Have a happy day.  Hugs, Lori xx

The mediums that I used to colour her are Copic markers and FC Polychromos pencils.  I applied clear Wink of Stella to the little pixie's wings, and Liquid Pearls (Baby Blue) to the butterflies' bodies.  I made the flowers.  That's all from me today.  Enjoy your day!  Hugs, Lori xx

Plum Blossoms Lady by Lemon Shortbread

Hi peeps!  I am super excited because I am now a Design Team member for Lemon Shortbread.  They have such gorgeous images!  This is my very first card that I created for Vera's blog (Challenge #113) using the beautiful "Plum Blossoms Lady" image, found here in her etsy shop:

I decided to use the image with the plain dress.  She is coloured with Copic markers and FC Polychromos pencils.  I enlarged one of the lanterns on the background paper, fussy cut it, and applied 3-D pop dots behind it. Purple Balloon by Ching-Chou Kuik

Hello everyone!  Hope your weekend was nice.  My weekend was rather trying because we had an ice storm on Friday, then quite a bit of snow, and three power outages, all on the same day. Crazy! The ice storm covered every single branch.  It was incredibly beautiful.  When the sun finally came out for a bit, everything was sparkling.  Afterwards, it snowed.  What a breathtaking sight!  A winter wonderland, for sure.
